Ready to take the first step? I'd love to hear from you.
The easiest way to get started is to request an appointment through my secure client portal. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation or book your first session.

This secure portal ensures your information is protected and HIPAA-compliant.
The first session is an intake appointment where we get to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy, your history, and your goals. You'll have the chance to ask questions and see if we're a good fit. There's no pressure—this is about finding the right support for you.
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. I recommend calling your insurance to ask about your coverage.
Telehealth sessions happen via secure video through my client portal. All you need is a private space, stable internet, and a device with a camera. Many clients find telehealth convenient and just as effective as in-person therapy. It eliminates commute time and allows you to attend from anywhere in Oregon or Washington.
The length of therapy varies based on your goals and needs. Some clients achieve their goals in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly check in about your progress and adjust as needed. Therapy is not meant to last forever—my goal is to help you develop the tools to thrive on your own.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy approach that helps process traumatic memories. Using bilateral stimulation (like eye movements), EMDR helps the brain reprocess stuck memories, reducing their emotional intensity. It's effective for trauma, anxiety, and many other issues. I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full session fee. I understand life happens—if you're experiencing an emergency, please reach out and we can discuss options.
